Unauthorized copying of the source code or proprietary assets of SuperTimer via any medium is strictly prohibited. Some parts of SuperTimer utilize third-party services and frameworks, which are listed in the Acknowledgements section.
“SuperTimer”, the SuperTimer logo, SuperTimer’s design, and any design elements or other assets included within that are not listed in this section or the Acknowledgements section are trademarks and copyrights of the developer. All rights reserved.
Apple, the Apple logo, iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. App Store is a service mark of Apple Inc.
Information you create by using SuperTimer, including but not limited to tasks and exports, is under your ownership.
By using SuperTimer, you agree to be legally bound to the Terms of Service (“Terms”) until you stop using SuperTimer.
If you use SuperTimer in a way that is prohibited by the Terms, you must stop using SuperTimer immediately, and you may be subject to legal prosecution at the developer’s decision.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the developer for any losses, damages, inconveniences or otherwise caused to you by SuperTimer in any way. The developer provides SuperTimer “as-is” and does not guarantee its accuracy, availability or reliability.
You agree to not attempt to decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer, tamper with, circumvent security measures, perform denial-of-service attacks, or any other action of the like to SuperTimer. You also agree to not use SuperTimer to commit theft, phishing attacks, fraud, or any other crime.
